- Requirement to perform upper and lower Endoscopy procedures
- General surgery coverage requiring 10 24-hr ED call shifts and 10 days of coverage in the outpatient office and elective OR
- Support Staff: 1 provider to 1 clinical support with assistance from a Nurse Practitioner
