- We are seeking a dedicated Anesthesia Pediatric professional. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in advanced practice, specifically Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and Nurse Practitioners. - Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to pediatric patients in various surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary during procedures to maintain optimal conditions.
- Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management and monitoring for any adverse reactions or complications.
- Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures, potential risks, and post-operative care to ensure informed consent and optimal recovery.
- Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a focus on pediatric anesthesia.
- Proven experience working as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of pediatric anesthesia protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and medical staff.
