Locum General Cardiology APP / Nurse Practitioner * 120494: Northwestern, Oregon
Assignment Highlights:
- Start Date: July 2024 – if credentialed sooner, could start in June
- Dates: 3-6 month contract
- LOA (# of days worked): Full-time Schedule – 4-5 days/week. Minimum of 36 patient contact hours
- Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8A-5P; full-time preferred, but will consider part-time 4 day/week schedule 8A-5P
- Call Schedule: No call
- Credentialing Requirements/Timeframe: 30-60 days
Facility Highlights:
- Inpatient or Outpatient: Outpatient Clinic
- Patient Volume: 7-8 PPD to start – 10 once ramped up
- Staffing Mix: MDs/APPs/Support Staff
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
- Must have an active OR state license
- Flu and Covid Vaccine required
- Provider needs to prescribe
- Certifications required: BLS
- Background Experience: Must have 2 year minimum experience Cardiology. Prefer someone who has experience in General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.
