Locum Correctional Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) *122948: Central, Ohio
- Schedule – 4/10's or 5/8's
- Hours – 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (Tuesday – Friday) or 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Monday – Friday)
- Start – ASAP
- Length of Assignment – 2-3 months with potential for longer
- Staffing Mix – MD/DO, RN, LVN, and CMA
- EMR – Fusion
- Capacity – ~2,900 males – minimum & medium custody
- Typical Clinic Visits – Physicals, chronic care visits, sick call, and some urgent walk-in appointments. True emergency visits are sent off site for health care
- Education and Experience Requirements:
- NP Certification
- Valid license to practice medicine in the state of Ohio.
- Current DEA and BLS certifications.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record is required
