Locum Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) *122524: North Central, Oregon
  • Needed: 2
  • Must have an active state license
  • Setting: Family practice
  • Expenses: need some FNP experience, bilingual (English/Spanish), comfortable with all ages
  • Certifications required: FNP, DEA
  • Credentialing: board approval needed
  • Start Date: ASAC
  • LOA (# of days worked): 6 months – a year
  • Schedule: 4 days/week (no weekends)
  • Call: Rotating Saturdays 1:4 weekends (typically 7:30a-12p)
  • Inpatient or Outpatient: Outpatient
  • Volume: ~18 patients/day
  • Staffing Mix: doctors, FNP, and PA
  • EMR: EPIC
