Locum Family Medicine Physician *126749: Northwestern, Washington
  • Must have an active License/IMLC
  • Provider needs to prescribe
  • Certifications required: BLS, BC (may consider truly board eligible), WA DEA
  • Background Experience: FP Residency completion
  • Credentialing: 45-60 days
  • Dates: 3/31 – to May 2025 (possible extension)
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5 Clinic (min 2 weeks/mo)
  • Call: None
  • Patient Volume: All ages, 18 PPD
  • Staffing Mix: Other MDs, NPs and PAs. May work solo sometimes
  • EMR: EPIC (prefer previous EPIC experience)
