Locum Geriatrician Physician *125402: Central, Vermont
- Dates: Jan 27, 2025 – Apr 27, 2025
- Hours: 8-5 Monday-Friday
- Description of Work Assignment: Provide quality care to patients in a nursing home setting
- Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: M-F
- Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours: M-F 8-5 preferred or could consider M-TH 8-5
- On call? If so, what are the call hours? Physician – yes however negotiable
- Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Admissions, discharges, acute evaluations, 30 days evaluations
- Patient Load: 8-12 patients per day
- Does the Provider Have Particular Fellowship? Geriatrics
- Will You Accept Experience Over Fellowship? Yes
- Board Status Requirement (BC/BE): Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
- Certifications Required: BLS
