Locum Urgent Care APP *122965: Northwestern, Oregon
  • Specialty Family Practice
  • Dates 8/7, 8/8, 8/13, 8/14, pending more 
  • Our current Business Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays.  
  • Ongoing schedule of Mondays and Fridays. 
  • 3-5 shifts per month, usually a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
  • Low patient volume – single digits
  • No EMR – Paper charts
  • Adults, occasional PEDS – Defer any babies under 3 months
  • Clinic practice, episodic primary care. Chronic patients are referred back to PCP or ED
  • Credentialing is done in house with clinic, can be completed almost immediately
