Locum Urology Physician * 119236: Southwestern, Kentucky
  • Does the Provider need to prescribe? Yes
  • Is there a state specific CSR that will be needed? No
  • Certifications required: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible, BLS/ACLS Certified, Flu Shot, COVID Vaccination (Highly preferred)
  • Background Experience: 2+ Years
  • Credentialing: 90 days
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Dates: Ongoing
  • Call Schedule: On-call Shifts 7a-7a; 5-10 days (2-3 weekends) per month
  • Inpatient or Outpatient: Inpatient/
  • Duties: be on call, take consults, round on any patients on urology service, and perform any necessary procedures/surgeries.
  • Required Procedures: General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Ureteroscopy, Laser Certification
