- Position: Primary Care NP
- Dates: Full time, 40 hours a week from September 1st – December 1st, 2026, with potential availability for dates in the future.
- Patient seen per day: 10-15
- Support staffing: 1:1 clinical support staff per provider.
- Patient Population: All ages
- Clinic Schedule: 8 am – 6 pm, 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs), no call
- Licenses and Certifications: Oregon medical license and DEA, BLS or ACLS
