- DAY SHIFTS: August 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 22, 29, 30; September 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27; 6 AM – 6 PM
- NIGHT SHIFTS: September 1-30; 6 PM – 6 AM +Intermittent night & weekend weekday availability ongoing
- Locums Shift Schedule : 6 PM – 6 AM or 6 AM – 6 PM
- Call Schedule and Call Responsibilities: No call
- Type of patients/cases/procedures required: Arterial Lines, Central Lines, consults, Codes – NO Intubations done at night; High Acuity Cases
- Patients Per Day/Volume: 10-17 per shift
- Available support staff & physician support: Solo at night – have residents from the ER between November – June each year (Sun-Thurs nights)
- Certifications required (Board Certification/Truly Board Eligible or life support, etc.): Board Certified – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant; For NP's – Acute Care certification required; ACLS, BLS, Active DEA
- Hospital Privileging: 60-90 days
- Miscellaneous Information: PA Child Abuse requirement for license (fingerprints); Open ICU; Virtual ICU hardwired into 4th floor
