Job Description
  • Seeking a qualified Locum NP/PA to assist Cardiothoracic Surgeons.
  • Responsibilities include assisting in surgery, writing prescriptions, and rounding.
  • Experience in vein harvesting and familiarity with EPIC documentation system required.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Typical day involves hospital rounding followed by time in the OR.

Required Qualifications
  • Certification: NP/PA with NCCPA or AANP certification.
  • Must have Indiana state license at the time of submission.
  • Experience in Maquet vein harvesting is required.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
  • Self-Query NPDB report required at the time of presentation.

Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: Competitive based on experience.
  • Conversion Fee: $25,000.
  • Rates for on-call, night call, and holiday shifts will be discussed.
  • Malpractice rates must be included in submitted rates.
  • Trinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.
