Assignment Details
- Location: Farmington, New Mexico
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
- Setting: DSO

What You'll Do
- Services Provided:
- Pediatric and adult dental care
- General checkups and cleanings
- Restorative treatments and fillings
- Emergency dental services and tooth extractions
Requirements
- State License Required: New Mexico
- DEA Required Yes
- Certifications Required: Standard
- Minimum Experience: 1 year prefer 2
- Credentialing Timeline: 2 weeks before start
