The Opportunity
Join a short-term assignment with the enthusiastic and connected team at a practice, located in Lubbock, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and easy-going provider who enjoys working in a collaborative, camaraderie-focused office culture. This position is well-suited for a provider who has strong clinical skills, excellent chairside manners, and a patient-focused approach to care. Additionally, this is an ideal role for a provider who has a positive attitude, strong communication, and strong leadership qualities. The practice is seeking a provider to assist with exams and emergency visits while maintaining smooth patient flow alongside a supportive and energetic team.

Assignment Details
  • Location: Lubbock, Texas
  • Temp Position – Office going dark
  • Start Date: 6/1/2026
  • End Date: 8/31/2026
  • Schedule:
    • Tuesday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Huddle at 7:45 AM

What You’ll Do
  • Examining patients to determine oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and other diagnostic equipment and procedures
  • Provide exams and emergency dental care in an outpatient setting
  • Deliver efficient, patient-focused treatment while maintaining daily workflow
  • Assist with leading and supervising office team members
  • Assisting with hygiene checks, restorative and ortho checks
  • Maintain accurate documentation and continuity of care

Requirements
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited program
  • Active state dental license
  • Prior dental experience required
  • Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
  • Comfortable handling exams and emergency visits in a fast-paced setting
