Job Summary

- Facility Overview: Oncology center with 3 additional established permanent providers
- Care Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Shifts: 4 shifts per week, 8-10 hours per day

Key Requirements
- Licensure: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS required
- Experience: Preference for long-term commitment and driving distance candidates
- Skills: Hematology Oncology
- Credentialing Timeline: 60 days
