- Licensure: Active VA license required
- Certifications: ACLS, VAD Certified
- Board Certified: Required in Non-Invasive Cardiology
- Experience: AHF Fellowship, LVAD experience required
- Vaccination: Required
- Credentialing Timeline: 120 days
