- Locums Shift Schedule: Flexible hours. Primarily outpatient imaging; ideally 8 hour day 8-5
- No weekends; no nights. 3-4 days per week preferred
- Call Responsibilities: None
- Type of patients/cases/procedures required: Breakdown: 40% CT, 20% US, 20% MRI, 20% plain films
- Patient Encounters per shift: 60-70 estimated volume of studies per day, based on an average mix of modalities
- CT Chest/Abd/Pelvis: 5-10 studies per 8hr shift
- CT PE studies: 5-10 studies per 8hr shift
- CTA Cardiac: not required but nice to have. 1-2 per 8hr shift
- CTA Chest/Abd/Pelvis: <5 studies per 8hr shift
- Ultrasound: (when on US shift, volume is about 40-50 studies per 8hr shift
- Includes: Abd/Pelvis, Vascular (venous), GYN, OB, Arterial Doppler (Body & Renal), Thyroid. Not required/applicable: Peds/newborn, Breast, Guidance procedures, Echo Cardiogram. MRI Chest/Abd/Pelvis: <5 studies per 8hr shift
- MRA Body: <5 studies per 8hr shift
- Available support staff: Yes
- Solo or Team: Team
- CO license or IMLC LOQ in hand: Required
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology with at least 1 of the following Fellowship Trainings: Abdominal Imaging, Cardiothoracic Imaging, or Emergency Radiology. Preference is for the candidate to be open to reading other subspecialties: Required
- BLS/CPR – Basic Life Support (AHA – American Heart Association): Required
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
