Key Requirements
- Licensure: Full COI and LA PCF coverage required
- Board Certification: Required
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
- Experience: Breast Imaging Fellowship required
- Vaccination: Required
- Credentialing Timeline: Estimated 90 days
