- MUST have ACTIVE FL license to be considered as well as ACTIVE DEA
- Must be Board Certified
- Position Description: Highly acute, referral center. Coverage consists of co-management of cardiac patients in the CVICU and full coverage of patients in medical ICU ranging from medical, surgical and critical care
- Shift Requirements: Primarily Day shift coverage 7 am – 7 pm and potential night shift coverage 7 pm – 7 am
- Coverage needs per month: 10 – 15 shifts
- Daily Patient Volume: Each unit has 24 patients day coverage is MSICU or CVICU
- Support Staff: Dayshift consists of 1 physician and 1 APP for MICU with 4-6 senior residents; 1 physician and 1 APP for CVICU with 1-2 senior resdients. At night, there is a physician and an APP who cover both ICUs.
