Locum Dentist *119597: Southwestern, Oregon
  • Must have an active state license
  • Provider needs to prescribe
  • No CSR needed
  • Certifications required: DDS. DEA
  • Background Experience: General dentistry
  • Credentialing: extremely quick
  • Dates: ASAP – 3 mo +
  • Schedule: Preferred F/T – 40 hours per week – Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • No call
  • Inpatient or Outpatient: Dental Clinic
  • Staffing Mix: Dental hygienists, dental assistants, dental therapist
  • EMR: EPIC Wisdom
  • All ages
  • Standard dental care: fillings, extractions, crowns, dentures, restorations, etc.
