Locum Orthopedic Surgery Physician * 120425: Western, Oregon
  • COVID vaccination required
  • Dates: Aug 12-18, Sept 12-15 (extension potential)
  • Schedule: 8 hr days w night and weekend call (split between OR, clinic and hospital time)
  • Call Schedule: 24hr call – for the ED, Operating Room and Trauma
  • Inpatient and Outpatient ; Adult/Pediatric
  • Avg PPD: 2 in the hospital and 12-20 in the clinic
  • Procedures required: Hip Fractures, Patella Fractures, Quadriceps Tendon Rupture, Tibial Shaft Fracture, Ankle Fracture, Achilles Tendon Rupture, Dislocations, Rami and Sacrum Fractures in elderly Patient, Clavicle Fractures, Simple olecranon fractures, Bicep tendon rupture, Forearm Fracture, Distal Radius Fractures, Finger and Hand Fracture, Dislocations
  • Must have an active state license
  • EMR: EPIC (must be proficient)
  • Certifications required: board certified
  • Credentialing Time frame: 60 days, no temps
