Locum Psychiatry Physician * 120426: Southwestern, Washington
  • Full travel and lodging provided
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
  • COVID vaccine required
  • Needed: 5
  • Adults, older adults and some peds
  • Setting: Clinic/Outpatient
  • Start Dates: July
  • No call
  • Schedule: 3 days a week 8 hr. shift (flexible) typically 8a-5p, no weekends
  • Patients per Day: 10
  • Support staff: Will be a part of multi-disciplinary team
  • EMR: EPIC (proficiency highly preferred)
  • Procedures Required: none
  • Board Certification Requirements: Adult Psychiatry Board Certified is required and PEDS is strongly preferred.
  • Must have an active state license/IMLC
  • WA DEA needed
